Over the last couple of weeks I've been working with a client to prepare their property for "re-entry" to the Fall Housing Market. We had all the hardwood floors refinished, did a mostly complete renovation to a main floor powder room, updated fixtures and appliances, stripped wall paper and repainted just about every wall in this 3 bedroom, 2 full-baths, 2 half-baths with finished basement, 2400 square foot townhome in Chevy Chase, Maryland.Once the "major" work was done, my team and I installed a little "lite-staging" to finish the job. The house went from outdated to up to date and from just another house to a welcoming home that any buyer would love.
