Adding or Renovating a Bath Before a Sale

I'm often asked for buyer friendly options when adding or renovating a bath pre-listing.

Here are my favorite No Fail recommendations:
Marble or Marble-liked Floor Tile in either classic mosaic or modern 12x24 plank tile,  oversized (4x8) white beveled subway tile, white cabinetry, Brushed Nickel Hardware and Carrara Marble countertops.

Taking cues from these clean classic finishes will ensure your new or updated bath appeals to all potential buyers and therefore gives the highest return on investment.

Black and White Bath Inspiration

Because I get to help clients create the home of their dreams every day (I have the best job in the whole world!), I often don't have an opportunity to do anything to my own space.

Our small condo bath had been crying for an update since the day we moved in! White subway tile covers the walls from the floor to mid wall height and a bad patch job hides a miscalculated color behind the door. The classic black and white porcelain floor tile has to stay.

So I've been perusing some of my favorite blogs and sites for design inspiration.
