When I was asked to preview this property in the  

Tulip Hill Neighborhood of Maryland, 

it had been on the market for 192 days... 

After recommending some small fixes, 

we staged the property in a colorful Mid-Century Style favored among buyers 

in this neighborhood with this style of architecture. 

Professional pictures were taken

10days after staging, an offer was received and accepted.

This property is under contract.
