Closet Love

I've been working with an Investor renovating a large family home he plans to list in the spring.  With our help, he's taking down walls, redesigning the kitchen, painting and basically transforming this property into a beautiful open and updated space that is sure to sell quickly!

During one of our recent appointments he brought me to the newly expanded and reconfigured wife's closet that he had thoughts of just leaving empty. Literally, not even a bar, so the new owner could configure the closet of her dreams.  

Our conversation reminded me of some of the qualities that make an enviable closet, beginning with, in the words of Carrie Bradshaw "Double Doors".

Not every house is going to have nor needs a luxurious walk in closet to sell quickly and my client did decide to install some hanging bars and a simple closet system thankfully. But a well organized, pretty, spacious feeling closet is always a selling feature.
